The Ethics Channel is the mechanism through which anyone can securely, confidentially and anonymously report any kind of alleged wrongdoing in the ICF Group, such as any financial and accounting irregularities, breach of labour rights or potential cases of workplace, sexual or LGBTI harassment and discrimination.

The reports processed must comply with the principles of truthfulness and proportionality and include all evidence or indications available.

Reports concerning potential workplace, sexual or LGBTI harassment will be handled and settled in accordance with the specific protocol in place.
