Our Customer Service Department (CSD) handles exclusively the complaints from the ICF’s customers concerning their legally recognised interests and rights. Its operation is regulated by the ICF Group’s Customer Ombudsman Regulations.

To submit a complaint, you have to fill in the ICF Customer Service form and submit it through one of the three channels provided:
- By email to sac@icf.cat.
- By post to the ICF’s headquarters (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 635 | Barcelona, 08010) addressed to "ICF - Customer Service".
- In person at the ICF headquarters (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 635 | Barcelona, 08010).
We will give you a decision on your complaint within two months from the date it is submitted.
