If you have a small and medium-sized family business or one run by its founder, with its registered office or operations in Catalonia, the ICF Capital Expansió fund can support you in your strategic growth plans to consolidate your leadership.
This is a general fund, with a special focus on industrial companies.
Investment philosophy
With the aim of promoting a sustainable management model and the creation of economic and social value, our investments translate into capital increases of between €1 and €5M to support the management teams, which we advise and trust.
We identify and invest in companies with strategic growth plans, always supporting the management teams. The main investment criteria are the following:
Companies with turnover of €10M or more, positive EBITDA, with organic growth plans (internationalization, increase in production capacity, new production centers, etc.) or inorganic (through acquisitions), with a special focus on companies in the industrial sector.
With defined growth levers, identified competitive advantage, history of good management, focused on a specific market niche...
