Degree in Law from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). Extraordinary end of studies award. Postgraduate degree in urban and real estate law from IDEC - Pompeu Fabra University (UPF). She has completed doctoral courses in Public Law at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and the Women on Boards of Directors course at IESE in 2022.
She has been practising as a lawyer since 1998, specialising in administrative, urban and environmental law, and in public procurement and local law. She is currently a partner at the RCD law firm. She has been director of the Administrative and Urban Law Department since April 2013.
She was director of the Incasòl Legal Department from February 2011 to April 2013. From May 2008 to February 2011, she was a lawyer at Consorci Prat Nord in El Prat de Llobregat. She was also head of Territorial Services at Esparreguera Town Council (May 2006-May 2008). She was previously a lawyer at Pareja & Associats, Advocats.
She has been recognised by the leading international legal directories such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers in the practise of planning, public domain, environmental law, administrative law, planning law, litigation and construction law. In the 2018 edition of Best Lawyers, she was chosen as lawyer of the year in environmental law.
In teaching, she is a regular speaker on specialised administrative and urban law courses taught by the ICAB, Barcelona Provincial Council and the COAC. She has been a lecturer on the UPF Master’s in Spanish Legal Professions in Administrative Litigation and has taught on the UPF Master’s in Public Law and Administrative Organisation. She was a Catalan Government scholarship holder in the Department of Administrative Law at the UPF and in that capacity taught on the Law, Political Science and Labour Relations degree course at the UPF.
