Who can apply for this loan?

SMEs and small midcaps whose main activity is included in the following table of eligible activities and whose operational headquarters are in Catalonia. These transactions have an InvestEU guarantee from the European Investment Fund or the Catalan Institute of Cultural Enterprises (ICEC) depending on their characteristics.

1811 Printing of newspapers. Includes other periodicals appearing four or more times a week.

1812 Printing of magazines and other periodicals (less than four times a week). Printing of books and brochures, musical manuscripts, maps, advertising, documents, diaries and commercial printed matter. Printing on textiles, plastics, glass, metal, wood and ceramics. Printing of labels.

1813 Composition, photocomposition, prepress data, multimedia data files, plate and cylinder manufacturing, etc. Preparation of artistic works, sketches, models, proofs, etc.

1814 Commercial and post-press binding of books, brochures, magazines, catalogues, mail, etc.

1820 Reproduction of recorded media: Sound, video and software.

3220 Manufacture of musical instruments.

3319 Restoration of organs and other historical musical instruments.

4649 Wholesale of stationery, books, magazines and newspapers, musical instruments.

4779 Second-hand books, antiques, auctions (retail sale).

5811 Book publishing.

5813 Publishing of newspapers (appearing at least four times a week).

5814 Publishing of magazines appearing less than four times a week. Publication may be in print or electronic form, including on the Internet. This includes the publication of radio and television programmes.

5819 Publishing (including online) of catalogues, photographs, postcards, prints, greeting cards. Reproduction of works of art. Online publication of statistics and other information.

5821 Publishing of video games for all platforms.

5911 Motion picture, video and television programme production activities. Production of motion pictures, videos, television programmes (television series, documentaries, etc.) or television commercials.

5912 Motion picture, video and television programme post-production activities. Post-production activities, such as editing, film/tape transfer, titles, subtitles, credits, captions, computer-generated graphics, animation and special effects, development and processing of motion pictures, as well as activities of laboratories and film activities, of special laboratories for animated films.

7410 Specialized design activities. Fashion design, textiles, clothing, shoes, jewelry, household goods, etc. Industrial design. Graphic design. Interior decoration.

7420 Photographic activities. Production, portraits, advertising, aerial, event video recording, film and photography processing, microfilming. Photojournalism.

7430 Translation and interpretation.

7490 Artists' agents and agencies for film, theatrical production, entertainment and sports, books, works of art, photography, etc. With publishers, producers, etc.

7729 Rental and leasing of other personal and household goods. Rental of jewellery, musical instruments, stage sets and costumes, books and magazines.

8542 Casting. Performing arts schools providing tertiary education.

8552 Cultural education. Education in the arts, theatre and music. This education does not lead to a professional diploma, baccalaureate or postgraduate degree. For example: piano or other instrument teachers, art instruction, dance classes and studios, drama schools (except academies), fine arts schools (except academies), photography schools (except commercial).

9001 Performing arts. Production of live theatrical performances, concerts and opera or dance productions and other stage productions. Activities of groups, circuses or companies, orchestras or bands. Activities of individual artists such as actors, dancers, musicians, lecturers or speakers.

Up to 10 years, including a grace period of up to 2 years.

12-month EURIBOR plus a spread from 1.2% to 3.45%.

Arrangement fee of at most 0.50%, and for early repayment to be determined according to the project and term.

To be determined depending on the project. Additionally, as a complement to the guarantees provided by the holder, the EIF will assume, vis-à-vis the ICF, 70% of the credit risk plus 90 days of ordinary interest.
