Hotel establishments (hotels, hostels and guest houses), tourist apartments, campsites and rural tourism establishments with operating headquarters in Catalonia and which have been trading for at least two years.

ICF Turisme loans can be used to finance all investment that improves and upgrades hotel and tourist establishments such as:

• Construction or facilities designed to improve accessibility in the tourism establishment.
  • Alterations, improvements or extensions of facilities or services and any other outlay aimed at enhancing the quality of services or stays.
  • Energy efficiency improvements.
  • Research, development and innovation projects which are rolled out and applied in tourism establishments.
